SISA is back with a bang with another event💥! Known for its cultural diversity, our team at SISA brings to you its first ever musical Latin Night🎶 featuring Latin music artists🧑‍🎤, dancing💃, and socialising👯‍♂️! Befitting CUS Smile’s spirit, this event is an opportunity for you to take a break from mid-terms, de-stress, and rejuvenate yourselves🤗. You can make new friends, enjoy some time with the SISA community and dance the night away on some upbeat Latin numbers!

What is Latin Night?
Think of it as a party night! The primary focus is on socialising and enjoying the company of friends and new people you may meet. The dance styles common to a Latin night are Bachata, Reggaeton, Merengue, Pop, and even Salsa! Latin dance originated in the traditional dances of indigenous cultures of Mexico, South America, Central America and the Caribbean. Like many cultures around the world, dance was essential in communal ritual life. They were performed during rituals and festivals as a symbolic representation of cultural beliefs.
By hosting this Latin Night, we wish to introduce Sauder to an authentic Latin family-type gathering and give the community the experience of a Latin fiesta!
